Orientation
Orientation Program
On your first Monday you get a full briefing: enrolment, timetable, study skills, campus facilities, student rules, and how to shop and move around Ampang Park. Homestay and residence students get a separate housing walk-through.
Academic
Academic Counselling
Teachers give ongoing feedback. Student–teacher interviews run every 5 weeks; written progress reports every 10 weeks. The academic team is available for study skills, IELTS/PTE pathways, and further-study options in Malaysia.
Languages
Multilingual Support
Student advisors help with cross-cultural questions and settling into KL. Brochures and front-desk help are available in English, Chinese, and Russian. Visa paperwork stays on its own Student Visa page.
Personal
Personal Counselling
Staff keep an open door. Confidential guidance on health, homesickness, and personal issues is available. We point you to clinics around Ampang Park when you need a doctor — not a lecture.
