Student Visa for English Study in Malaysia

EMGS student pass steps, documents, and what Speak Bright can (and cannot) do for you.

Student visa is not a course. It is the paperwork that lets international students stay in Malaysia for programmes longer than one month. Speak Bright issues offer letters and walks you through EMGS. We do not file immigration forms in your name.

Process

EMGS student pass — six steps

  1. 1

    Apply & offer letter

Apply to Speak Bright. Placement test. We issue the offer letter you need for EMGS.

  2. 2

    Submit to EMGS

We submit your file to Education Malaysia Global Services with your documents.

  3. 3

    eVAL approval

Typically 2–4 weeks. Some nationalities take longer. Track the letter, then book flights.

  5. 5

    Arrive & medical

  6. 6
